NextMile Scholarship

Since its inception in 2014, we’ve awarded renewable scholarships to employees and their immediate family members looking to further their education through the NextMile Scholarship Program. Qualified recipients receive a renewable $2,500 scholarship toward their education at an accredited 2 or 4-year college, university or trade school of their choice. Applications are accepted between April 15 and June 1 each year.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Provided by MileOne Autogroup and powered by the experts at BHS, this program provides our employees and their household members with free, confidential, in-the-moment professional support to help with issues like depression or anxiety, grief, financial challenges, substance abuse, marriage or divorce problems, childcare or eldercare needs, legal advice and more.
